Your Lifetyme Exterior Smart Coat is installed through a three-step process.

PREPARATION

We begin by powerwashing the entire exterior of your home, and wait for this to dry. We clean your home's surface thoroughly with a solution of TSP and bleach. We scrape and feather sand as necessary. We also use a high quality, and highly flexible sealant around windows and doors to seal and protect your home. We ensure that all surfaces that are not to be coated are covered.

BONDING AGENT

The bonding agent acts as a "glue" to achieve permanent adhesion for your Lifetime Exterior Smart Coat. All areas that will have Lifetyme Exterior Smart Coat installed, will receive a coat of bonding agent. We allow the bonding agent to dry for at least eight hours.

LIFETIME EXTERIOR SMARTCOAT

Your Lifetyme Exterior SmartCoat is applied over the bonding agent in your color. Once the application is complete, we will clean up our work area and leave the home as it was but with a brand new exterior finish that will last and last.
