MEASUREMENT

All quality window installation starts out the same way. Precise measurements lead to longer lasting more energy efficent installations, installations to last a lifetime. After precise measuring, your windows are custom made individually to fit your home. Once the windows have arrived to your house, and the measurements are double-checked, the old window removal process starts.

REMOVAL

Windows are carefully removed by removing the retaining trimboards, this is done 99% of the time with zero breakage. After removal of the sashes, counterweights, pulleys, ropes, or springs are removed from the window box. The window box is then stuffed with high quality, high density, high-R value insullation. At this point all damaged or loose window framing is repaired or replaced as needed.

INSTALLATION OF YOUR LIFETYME ENVIROVIEW WINDOW

Your new window, measured precisely, is then snuggly fit into place. Set screws are then driven through pre-drilled holes in the replacement window frame into the structural window frame of the home. The window is then sealed 360 degrees around the opening using a lifetime warranty Ure-flex sealant that allows for expansion and contraction without cracking to seal your home for a lifetime. Depending on your wishes, the outside window frame is either covered in high quality aluminum cladding, or is sanded, scraped, or otherwise prepared for our Lifetyme Exteriors Smart Coat in your choice of color.
